The deadline for submitting offers for building didactic swimming pools in Stei, Marghita and Valea lui Mihai is the 19th of March, 3:00 PM. The value of the three investments surpasses 15 million RON. According to the director of ADD Bihor, one of the most ambitious investment projects undertaken at county level has entered a new stage.
„We have managed to streamline three more investments. The National Agency for Public Acquisitions has approved the procedure needed for building the swimming pools in Stei, Marghita and Valea lui Mihai. The deadline for submitting offers is March 19th at 3:00 PM. The swimming pools in Sacueni and Nucet are already in the execution phase.” – Vitalyos Barna, director of ADD Bihor.
The value of investments which have been recently announced surpasses 15 million RON. The local authorities in Marghita, Stei and Valea lui Mihai will ensure the necessary space needed for these constructions as well as the parking spaces and green spaces or parks which will surround it. As is the case with the investments underway in Sacueni and Nucet, the builder will have 12 months to complete the construction.
„In regards to the investments in Salonta and Beius, today, February 26th 2019, the deadline for submitting offers to write the technical projects of these investments has passed. The winners will have 2 months to write these projects” – Vitalyos Barna.
The semi-olympic swimming pools will have standard dimensions of 12,5 meters wide, 25 meters long and 1,6 meters deep. In Sacueni, Marghita, Valea lui Mihai, Stei, Salonta and Beius, didactic swimming pools will be built for children which will be 12 meters long, 6 meters wide and 0,9 meters deep.
